Central Cocoa (PT Multikarya Top Quality) is a cocoa grinding manufacturer established in 2020. The factory is located in Lampung, Indonesia. Backed by an experienced team and cocoa product specialists, the company is committed to quality and service at every stage of the process. Its annual production capacity is estimated at 17,000 MT/Years. Over time, Central Cocoa has expanded its product portfolio from cocoa powder to include cocoa butter, cocoa cake, and cocoa liquor.

We have products Cocoa Beans, cocoa powder, cocoa butter and Cocoa Mass.

Cocoa beans is the dried and fully fermented seed of Theobroma cacao, from which cocoa solids (a mixture of nonfat substances) and cocoa butter (the fat) can be extracted. We have two variant of cocoa beans which Fine Flavor Cocoa Bean (FFC) and Bulk Cocoa Bean. We can also provide the fermented and non fermented bean from this two variant. In addition, our cocoa beans has been tested by Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Center. We offer our product mostly in paper sack packaging 25kg.

Cocoa Powder is a mixture of several ingredients that are combined after the cocoa butter is extracted from the cocoa beans. When sold as a final product, it is also called cocoa powder or cocoa. Solid cocoa is the main ingredient of chocolate, chocolate syrup, and candied chocolate. We use premium quality materials in the process of making the cocoa powder. We ensure that the process are run by our production team with well standardized and hygiene manner to maintain our customer’s satisfaction and loyalty. We have nine different variant of cocoa powder including natural cocoa powder, alkalized cocoa powder, and black cocoa powder with premium and high quality grade.

Cocoa butter or theobroma oil is a pale-yellow vegetable fat extracted from cocoa beans. This cocoa butter is used to make chocolate, as well as several types of ointments, toiletries, and medicines. Cocoa butter has the taste and scent of cocoa.Our product has been trough various level of quality control including the raw material selection (to ensure we only use the best fermented bean for the process) and final checking before packing (to ensure that our product is delivered safely to you).
